How to Make Payments on inCharge Merchant E-Commerce Site

 

(Please check for the inCharge logo on your merchant's site before you begin this process)

• Visit your merchant's website, and pick products you want to purchase; and place them in the shopping cart. Once you have completed, proceed to the checkout point.

 

• You should see the "Pay with inCharge" link. Click on it. It will take you to a page where your serial number is requested. Enter the serial number on the front of your card.
• A new page will appear with your serial already inserted.
• Enter your card number
• Enter the digits of your webkey being requested
  • Your webkey is the 6-digit number sent to your phone after card activation
  • Example: 980542
  • You will be asked to enter specific digits of your webkey, example the second and fifth digit of your webkey
  • in this case, the second digit is 8; and the fifth digit is 4.
  • These requests are dynamic, so everytime you are performing a web transaction you will be asked for different digits of your webkey
  • this is to ensure that your card, even if lost or stolen, cannot be used without your own authorization.
• If you have requested for a PAC code assigned to your card, you have to enter the PAC requests.
• After entry, you will be asked for your Expiration Date.
• Your transaction will be processed!
• Everytime a card transaction is authorized, a confirmation message will be sent to the authorized mobile number in the inCharge system.
• IF YOU DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION, PLEASE CALL INCHARGE WITHIN ONE HOUR!
• A confirmation receipt is also sent to the user's email address as specified in the order.
• That is it!
